These terms govern access to and use of Brandzy. By creating an account, connecting X, joining checkout, or using the product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Brandzy for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Your account
Keep login credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account, including scans, lead decisions, notes, drafts, and any outreach or publishing you approve.
Connected X account
Brandzy connects to X through OAuth. You can disconnect X from settings. Your use of X through Brandzy must comply with X terms, developer rules, automation rules, rate limits, and applicable law. X API availability, pricing, or policy changes may affect Brandzy features.
AI output
Brandzy uses AI to classify signals, summarize context, and draft suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific situation. Review every draft, recommendation, score, and lead before acting on it.
Ownership
- You own content and business context you add to Brandzy.
- You grant Brandzy permission to process that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the product.
- Brandzy owns its software, design, trademarks, and product systems.
Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans and add-ons are processed through Stripe. Prices, limits, and included usage are shown at checkout or in billing settings. You can cancel from billing settings. Unless a separate written policy applies, subscriptions continue through the current billing period and used add-ons are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Brandzy for harassment, deception, spam, or impersonation.
- Do not violate platform rules, privacy rights, or anti-spam laws.
- Do not bypass plan limits, rate limits, security controls, or billing.
- Do not upload malware, stolen credentials, or unlawful content.
- Do not scrape, resell, clone, or reverse-engineer Brandzy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, misuse, unlawful activity, or terms violations. Where feasible, we will allow data export unless doing so would be unlawful or unsafe.
Disclaimers
Brandzy is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and guaranteed business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Brandzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue. Brandzy total liability for claims relating to the product is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees paid to Brandzy in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, except where mandatory local consumer protections require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the last updated date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice.
