Brandzy helps operators find, qualify, and act on buying signals. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise privacy rights.
Who this applies to
This policy applies to visitors, beta applicants, account users, and customers using Brandzy. Brandzy is designed for business users and is not intended for children under 16.
What we collect
- Account data: email, display name, login provider, timezone, profile image, beta/access status, and security/session records.
- Workspace data: business profile, positioning, audiences, competitors, excluded terms, scan settings, automation settings, and preferences.
- Connected account data: X OAuth connection status, permitted profile data, public posts, followers, public metrics, and data needed to keep the connection working.
- Lead and pipeline data: discovered leads, source evidence, scores, verdicts, drafts, notes, stages, outcomes, and enrichment records.
- AI and product data: prompts, context, model outputs, Coach messages, scan logs, usage ledgers, rate-limit events, and diagnostic records.
- Billing data: subscription status, plan, Stripe customer/subscription references, invoices, and tax/accounting records. Stripe processes payment details; Brandzy does not store full card numbers.
- Support and marketing data: access requests, support emails, product emails you opt into, UTM/referrer attribution when consented, and unsubscribe records.
How we use it
- Provide authentication, account access, billing, and support.
- Run scans, evaluate lead fit, generate summaries, and draft replies.
- Personalize recommendations using your workspace context.
- Prevent abuse, enforce plan limits, debug errors, and secure the app.
- Send transactional messages, product updates, and legal notices.
- Measure acquisition only when attribution cookies are accepted.
AI processing
Brandzy uses AI providers to classify signals, summarize context, and draft suggested outreach from your inputs and public information. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; review it before using it. We do not authorize providers to train their models on your Brandzy account content unless a provider-specific agreement explicitly says otherwise.
Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers needed to operate Brandzy, including Firebase/Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, database, storage, and logs; Stripe for billing; X for connected-account features; AI providers for classification and drafting; email providers for account and product messages; and support/monitoring tools. We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect Brandzy, users, or others.
Cookies and storage
Required cookies keep you signed in and secure the app. Optional attribution cookies are used only after consent and are described in the Cookie Policy.
Retention
- Account and workspace data stays while your account is active.
- Deleted accounts are removed from Brandzy account storage, except limited records retained for legal, tax, security, or abuse-prevention needs.
- Billing and tax records may be retained for the legally required accounting period.
- Aggregated or anonymized operational data may be retained to improve reliability and product quality.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, export, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing. Brandzy provides account export and deletion in Settings > Data. You can also email us for privacy requests.
California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and information about sharing. EU, UK, and EEA users may also request portability, restriction, objection, and lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority.
Security
Brandzy uses TLS in transit, managed cloud storage/database protections, session cookies, route authorization, rate limits, and restricted server collections. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the last updated date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice.
